I combine a lymphatic drainage method and Bowen Therapy to get outstanding results. The aim is to get things moving! Sluggish lymphatics is a result of swelling around joints, poor circulation, poor immune system, and lymphedema.

Whether you have concerns about your posture, balance, or movement pattern, I can help. I am able to realign the musculoskeletal system, bringing a state of balance to the body. Combining this with specialised strengthening exercises.
Babies
Bowen Therapy is a very effective light non-invasive, soft tissue release therapy, that helps rebalance the body. Working to relieve colic, reflux, jaw, latching problems, and much more. I am also able to help improve the 7 stages of crawling to help prevent future ailments. This technique has outstanding results when it comes to asthmatics, ADHD, Autoimmune, and Dyslexia.
Sports Injuries
I have worked with numerous sportsmen and women, from World Class Cyclists, TT riders, Top Event Riders, International Show Jumpers, and Race Jockies from around the world. Locally, I work closely with the women's Power Lifters, Cross Fitters, Runners, Cyclists, and Horse Riders. I have headed up the Equine Therapy for Ballindenesk Events prior to the London Olympics.
